About the event
Spend Mother’s Day immersed in nature, connection, and celebration on this guided kayak tour to beautiful Masonboro Island. Launching at 1pm, we’ll paddle through calm coastal waters to the island, with each mother’s kayak thoughtfully decorated with flowers to mark the occasion. Once ashore, enjoy a refreshing glass of Martinelli (non-alcoholic) or Cava as you relax and take in the scenery. With eight miles of protected, white-sand shoreline, there’s plenty of space to explore and enjoy quiet moments together away from the group if you choose. This 1–5pm experience is designed to slow down, unplug, and create lasting Mother’s Day memories in one of Wilmington’s most special natural settings. Complimentary photos of your watery adventure will be provided after the event.
