Island Paddle & Yoga Event

Wilmington Outdoor Adventures and Yoga with Brian partners to present this three-hour event open to beginner and intermediate kayakers and yogis. 

Yoga with Brian is all about finding a connection with your body and breath. Brian Luce is a certified 200hr yoga instructor with Earth Treks, and instructor at Terra Sol Sanctuary. 

The event includes a 1-hour guided kayaking tour through a myriad of creek systems to Masonboro Island. We will have one hour to practice yoga with Brian on the 8 mile undeveloped barrier island before paddling back to the mainland. This is also a sunset tour!

After registration and within 48 hours of the event, you will receive an email with more details including our meeting location and a current weather forecast. Kayaks, paddles, life jackets, kayak guide and yoga instructor are all included!
