SHARK TOOTH HUNTING TOUR

$85 per person

This tour is much more than just shark tooth hunting. It is about 3.5 hours (depending on the tide levels that day) and includes a kayaking eco tour of Barnards Creek and the Cape Fear River. Yellow-crowned Night Herons, Anhingas, Ibis and Red-winged Black Birds are just a few of the regulars on this tour. About 1.5 hours are spent on an island drenched in sharks teeth and fossils for the taking! No, it's not Shark Tooth Island...(shhhhhhhhh)
 

This tour is not ideal for children under 7 years old, for those with greater wisdom over the age of 75, or for those with physical limitations.
