Ready to trade the usual dating scene for a little adventure?

Apply to join fellow Wilmington-area singles for a one-of-a-kind kayaking and connection experience on beautiful Masonboro Island!

Our October 4th event was postponed to October 31st, and the new date has opened up a few spots — which means we’re accepting new applications!

After paddling to Masonboro Island, participants will take part in a series of relaxed, face-to-face conversations, fun challenges, and activities designed to help you get to know each other naturally — all in one of the most beautiful settings on the North Carolina coast.

And leave the gear to us! We provide the kayaks, paddles, PFDs, and everything you need for the adventure. You just need to show up ready to paddle, have fun, and maybe make a great connection.

Application Fee: $25

Registration Fee: $100

If selected to participate, you’ll receive an invitation with a link to complete your registration.

Event Duration: Approximately 5 hours

Application Timeline

October 6: Applications reopen for the October 31 event

October 6–26: New applications accepted

October 26 at 11:59 PM: Applications close

October 27: Invitations sent to selected applicants

October 28: Registration payment deadline

October 29: Participants receive final event details

October 31: Adventure day!
