Teacher Workday Outdoor Adventure Camp

Join Wilmington Outdoor Adventures for a full day of outdoor exploration, adventure, and fun during the October Teacher Workday. Campers will spend the day exploring the natural world through activities that may include kayaking, nature hiking, tidal creek exploration, wildlife discovery, and plenty of time outdoors.

If weather and water conditions allow, we'll get out in the kayaks for a paddling adventure. Because this is an outdoor camp, we'll build the day's activities around the conditions and make the most of whatever nature gives us!

Ages: 9 and up

Drop-Off: 8:00–8:45 AM at Halyburton Park

Pick-Up: 3:30 PM at Halyburton Park

Cost: $85 per camper

Kayaks, paddles, PFDs, and all kayaking equipment are provided. Campers should bring a packed lunch, snacks, plenty of water, and clothing appropriate for a full day outdoors.
