Canceled: Downtown Wilmington Fireworks Kayak Tour!

This event is not ideal for beginner kayakers. Celebrate 2024 Independence Day from the water in downtown Wilmington! We will launch from Dram Tree Park and float with the current along the downtown riverwalk while listening to the sounds of the Wilmington Symphony Orchestra and watching the Sunset over the Cape Fear River. We will station ourselves in calm waters at high tide for the firework show beginning at 9:05pm. Immediately following the grand finale, we paddle back.

This tour is limited to 8 people (14-yrs-old and up) for safety. We will have a guide and a sweeper and all kayaks will be illuminated. Intermediate to experienced kayakers only please.
