Wilmington Outdoor Adventures is seeking a nature-loving intern to join our women-owned team for an unforgettable summer on the water and in the field. This immersive, hands-on internship blends outdoor leadership, environmental education, and youth mentorship as you assist with kayaking eco-tours, lead adventure camps, support marketing, and help create meaningful experiences for kids and guests alike. You’ll work alongside expert guides in some of the most beautiful waterways of the Cape Fear region, gaining real-world skills in outdoor recreation, environmental education, teamwork, and leadership while getting a leg up on your competition in the job market. This opportunity is open to college students and the public, qualifies for academic credit in some science and education departments, and is ideal for someone who loves being outside, thrives in an active environment, and wants a summer that’s both purposeful and fun.
