About the event
Come with WOA on this celebration of the first full moon of Summer 2024. The 2024 Strawberry Moon is a SUPERMOON! It will be closer to earth and as a result, appear Huge! This moon marks the ripening of strawberries for the harvest, as well as a time for abundance and fertility.
What? This guided tour includes a kayak, life jacket, paddle and guide. We will kayak around Greenfield Lake within this 1.5 hour adventure.
Where? We will launch from the Greenfield Lake boat launch. The parking lot is directly across from The Muffler Place (1803 Carolina Beach Rd. Wilmington, NC)
When? June 21st, 2024. Meet no later than 8:15pm. Finished by 10pm
Who? Up to 8 people. Ages 10 and up.
Cost is $55 per person.
