About the event
Come with WOA on this celebration of the approaching summer as we witness the rise of the Strawberry Moon, which is the last full moon of the spring. We will take a break from paddling to appreciate the moonrise, which would be the perfect time to set intentions for the second half of the year, as the Strawberry Moon is often used for.
What? This guided tour includes lessons of Greenfield Lake history, wildlife and more as well as a sunset and a moonrise all packed into an exciting 1.5 hour adventure.
Where? Greenfield Lake Boat launch (Use 1803 Carolina Beach Rd. Wilmington, NC)
When? June 3rd, 2023. Meet no later than 7:30pm. Finished by 9:15pm
Who? Up to 10 people. Ages 8 and up.
Cost is $55 per person.
